Hello to whom it may concern. My daughter Courtney is travelling on a number of Bangkok Airlines flights and as we live in New Zealand we secured these via you online booking system. As my daughter does not have a credit card I paid for her flights on mine. We understand now there is a policy on credit card payments that the card holder needs to be the person travelling. Obviously this would not have been possible – however we understand there may be a waiver to this policy (as advised by your agent) and or the process of an authorisation form that would be completed by me to enable the travel and payment to be completed.
Additionally I would make the point that the payment on my card went through in July as below – can you please advise how we can sort this out for Courtney as she is leaving in a few days time. Thanks in in advance.
