Total phenolic content of pepper extracts is shown in Fig. 3A.
The largest amounts of these compounds were found, at comparable
levels, in W (23.76 mg g1 dw), AW (22.43 mg g1 dw) and
EteOH (23.21 mg g1 dw) samples. In contrast, the Et-OAc extract
showed the lowest concentration (15.43 mg g1 dw).
