Maintaining and servicing current accounts with outstanding customer service whilst seeking opportunities to increase revenue. Generate leads, seek new prospect and create customer opportunities. Get customer’s requirement and clarify scope of work. Conduct post sales support to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related fields.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in advertising/media and/or strategic marketing is preferred.
• Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• High servicing and able to work under pressure , Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop.
• Positive attitude show that you are a can do person as well as self-learner.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
