Viewed in the context discussed above, there are the negative and the positive of things like the two sides of a coin. So when conflicts occur, they may be taken as something natural or normal for human societies. The best thing to do is to rectify the problem or if that cannot be done, an alternative will be found. Preferably, it has to be one which can possibly lead to some positive outcome. Conflict as in a similar vein of a crisis could be exploited for positive outcome. As it is said that in any crisis, there is an opportunity and in any negative thing there can be positive fallout. Related to what has been said are points of wisdom which one may be advised to ponder. In light there is jubilance while in darkness there is calmness and a chance to go through a process of introspection. In failure one learns a lesson and in success, one learns to appreciate life and learn to be humble and thankful. In illness, one learns to appreciate good health and in good health one learns to appreciate good fortunes. Pain teaches endurance while comfort reminds one to be prepared for a change of luck. The key word for all events is equanimity. Glory and success should tell us to realize the need for civility and modesty. The list can go on. This is an example of conflict which has negative connotations and implications but has turned out to lead to numerous points of wisdom.
