• Ensures all bar counters are set-up on time before service and according to standards.
• Supervises service in all bar areas and work hands-on in the operation when required.
• Ensures bar areas, counters and tables are clean and glasses replenished.
• Performs administrative tasks such as bar requisitions, inventories, work schedules and operating equipment control.
• Knows all beverage recipes and prepare all drink orders accordingly.
