I got complains yesterday from HoL team saying that once they request orders for some reasons they have partly answers back from you.
I am requesting you answer them. And right or wrong you should work with them to understand their request , accepting it or teaching the team.
The mail bellow shown that team is still expecting your actions.
Last and least, our CEO has repeated several times to Neil and myself that ordering cannot be cut if the facts are not exchanged priorly.
I do not expect any answer on the special case bellow, you should answer to the Homeline team.
