INGREDIENTS
Shrimp
1 pound large shrimp
1 stick butter melted
1 minced garlic clove
Teaspoon dried parsley
Juice of one lemon
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Broccoli
2 crowns of broccoli
3 Tablespoons – extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Wash and trim broccoli.
3. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
4. Place in single layer on cookie sheet.
5. Clean and de-vein shrimp. Place in baking dish. Single layer.
6. Melt butter. Add garlic. Pour over shrimp.
7. Top with parsley. Lemon juice. Black pepper.

8. Both the shrimp and broccoli go into the oven on 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
9. Broccoli on plate first, top with shrimp. Done!
