1 Performance Appraisals
1.1 Property has an effective performance appraisal process in place.
1.2 Property has different performance appraisal forms for management
and non-management.
1.3 Human resources has a system in place to ensure performance appraisal
forms are deliverd to the appropriate manager and department and
collected in human resources by the due date. Compliance is reported.
1.4 The HRD/M ensures the new rate of pay is entered into payroll on time
and employees are paid correctly.
