Could you please reactive all User ID at Colum Old User ID according to details as below
Kemtrade has deleted All User ID at Colum Old User ID and then some User ID have already created new User ID
Because there is a misunderstanding about the revocation. When User ID cant’ access to JDU actually must be
Reset password but Dealer selecte deleted User ID and then Created new User ID. This is a way to fix invalid.
However this issue needs to be resolved urgently. This will involve learning history on JDU. Which must be summarize the target within this month
