Following email from Packsys Global on their frustration in their order to Mr. Tom.
We are very concern with the current event.
It had affected SIKO image and reputation.
SIKO had put the trust on Mr. Tom to service our customer in this region.
The Customer had put the trust on Mr. Tom as well for your support and service.
However, this situation is making us very worry.
We have received 2 orders from Mr. Tom, late last years. These items were ready for shipment and payment advice since last December.
Yesterday, we have received payment advice information from Mr. Tom to ship only the first PO.
This shipment contains only a partial of the PackSys order, and was shipped by TNT today.
The other PO item is still with us, waiting for Mr. Tom payment and shipment advice to ship.
Packsys need it by next week, latest, if not they will cancel their order.
