Recipe for hormone/metabolic balancing tea: Boil 2 cups of water and add whatever of these is available: 1 inch of lemongrass stem, 1 tbsp of fresh aloe gel, 1 inch krachai (wild ginger root), 3-4 fenugreek seeds, 3-4 mint leaves, ½ tsp herbal fennel mix. Boil until 1 cup remains. Sweeten with honey (optional). Increase qty of herbs if making more than a cup.
