Mee Goreng (Indonesian Food)
Mee Goreng is a menu that having great look and taste. It’s easy to make for our neighbor. This menu is not difficult to make and delicious too!For 1 person
Cooking time: 1 hours 50 minutes
1. 1 Egg noodle
2. 1/4 cup Bean sprout
3. Green vegetable
4. 5 Shrimps
5. 5 Squids
6. 1/2 Onion
7. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
8. 1 Tsp. Chopped ginger
9. 1 Goat pepper
10. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
11. 1 Tsp. Black soy sauce
12. 1 Tbsp. Sambai Oelek
13. 1 Egg
1. Use medium heat for frying garlic, shallot and ground ginger. Turn to high heat, add shrimp, squid and fry until 50%cook. Then put noodle and Sambal sauce, stir until smell good. Add all vegetable down like bean sprout, goat pepper. Season with black soy sauce and soy sauce.
2. Serve together with fried egg.
