Soak the glass noodle in the hot water about 10 minutes or until the glass noodle soft.
2. Soak the ground pork and shrimp in the hot water until done.
3. Pound the chilies and slice the celery (about 1 inch), onion, potatoes, chilies then mix all with fish sauce, sugar and lime juice in the mixing bowl.
4. Place the shrimp, ground pork and glass noodle and stir in the mixing bowl.
