You are receiving this email because you hold one or more of ISACA’s credentials: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). ISACA is pleased to offer you a new benefit in recognition of your achievement: an open badge for each of your credentials.



Open badges are digital representations of achievements or, for ISACA, web-enabled versions of your certifications that allow you to display your credentials on popular social and professional networking sites, emails or personal web sites with single-click verification (linking to metadata that describe your qualifications and the rigorous process required to earn them). The badges are based on a new open standard for communicating learning called Mozilla Open Badges.



Very soon you will receive an email from ISACA ([e-mail]) briefly describing the program, advising you that you have a badge(s), and inviting you to claim your CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC badge(s). (Even if you have multiple certifications, you will receive only one email and you can claim all your badges via the process described in the email.) The email will contain all the information you need to proceed. The process will involve validating your email address, establishing your profile on the Acclaim web site hosted by Pearson, and claiming each ISACA badge issued to you. This process should take you no more than five minutes and is of no cost to you.



Please be aware that older browsers are not compatible with the Acclaim site; they do not support Acclaim's features and modern site design. We strongly encourage you to use newer browsers for the best user experience and to avoid inherent security concerns known to exist in older browser versions. Internet Explorer users should use IE9 or higher, or one of the other high-performance browsers (Firefox 4+, Google Chrome, Safari 6+).
