• CRM training and we’ll do raise in CRM from real cases; we must raise this since it will give you the feeling and understanding (we’ll cover damaged complaint, service complaint and technical complaint)
• Photo guideline and required information check list to do CRM complaint
• ENC (Frauke, I did not talk to you in this point, but if you can help too) == this one cannot do it for real...unless we can do in test system
• Loading DKSH (and possibly to visit Pan Foods to see loading) operation
Next
• Sanya/Pueng/Luck
o = please send related Record Form/SOP on WH operation to Frauke (if it’s Thai, still send her and we can explain her either through lync or when she is in TH)
o = if need to explain Frauke, please schedule by yourselves
• Any related internal document we are using, related to above topics, please send to Frauke too

• Jun 8 – Jun 12, need to schedule a day to visit DKSH (Sanya, please support. I changed my mind not to be Jun 15 because it will be too late), need to see actual loading
• Jun 25 – Jun 26, Training CRM, ENC, photo guideline and share new warehouse operation if any (Luck, please schedule / book meeting room)
• Jun 29 – Jun 30, Hand Over back to Luck team (Luck, please schedule/book meeting room)

Frauke, i saw your note on you departure flight on Jun 28. If you cannot postpone, we need to reschedule earlier (please get direct contact with Luck/Thanapat)
