0.56 mol/L Fe(II) and 3.1 mol/L sulfuric acid is used as a substitute
for stripping agent ofpure sulfuric acid, Fe(II) oftheWSAstays inthe
aqueous solution because it is barely extracted with TOA, and sulfuric
acid will be extracted into the organic phase. The separation of
iron and sulfuric acid of the DSAE and the WSA is accomplished by
this mean. The balanced reaction ofthe Fe(III) stripping is presented
as Fig. 9.
