Article 42 Corruption Code of Conduct
(a) The Employee accepts that honesty and integrity is a fundamental value and each employee is committed to the highest level of ethical conduct and must observe all applicable laws including provisions and offences under the Thai Penal Code Section and Act Relating to the Submission of Price Quotations to Governmental Agencies B.E. 2542 (1999).
(b) The Employee shall not when dealing with any party, whether with a public official or any other person, conduct directly or indirectly any form of corruption in respect of any matter or transaction in which the public official or person is concerned.
(c) The Employee when conducting business with external parties or public official shall follow hospitality guidelines set out as Appendix A of this handbook.
(d) The Employee that violates the Company’s corruption code of conduct policy (including hospitality guidelines set out as Appendix A) will be subject to discipline and possibly dismissed, depending on the circumstances.
