Once permission was obtained from the target company management to distribute the survey to the managerial-level employees, the surveys were hand-delivered with a written explanation of the research purpose and significance. Due to time constraints, questionnaires were distributed to the target group –20% more than the determined sample size to speed up the data collection process. A total of 91 questionnaires were distributed to the company, and 78 questionnaires returned; only 74 fully completed questionnaires would be used for data analysis. The participants were informed to return the completed survey at a convenient time; however, it took 3 moths to complete the data collection
