I think we need to take a plan to K.Kittinan, where if we can’t transfer the product on time, we give him a contingency plan
He will really not want to say no to the buyers, so we should propose a back up plan for him so he does not need a battle with them
This could be multi dropping the earliest dispatch WN stores directly out of Mahachai, or even direct store by store on small trucks if we can not consolidate
I think we need a short term plan of which stores we could transfer and hit WN dispatch times, and which we will execute with a contingency plan.
Then as we improve operationally, and suppliers fall in line, we can phase more and more stores on to transfer method
I think this approach will help the relationship more. We can then present to Makro asap
Based on this, I would make sure we plan the next phase of headcount requirement to align with this – And see if any WN staff will transfer
