Abstract
Cognitive Coaching is a strategy to improve teaching through the use of peer
coaches, questioning techniques, observation, and conferencing to enhance efficacy and
facilitate opportunities for growth and change in the teaching process. The purpose of the
research was to implement a Cognitive Coaching program for second*, third-, and fourthyear
teachers in the Anaheim City School District, then assess the effect of Cognitive
Coaching on teachers' sense of efficacy and determine whether opportunities for growth
and change occurred. The research employed a quasi-experimental pretest/posttest mixed
method design. Cognitive Coaching had a significant effect of teachers' sense of efficacy,
and it provided opportunities for growth and change.

Hello, I want you to know about me like, drink alcohol, don't go out at night, I go to a restaurant the day the evening go exercise. Then go home every day. I live in a small town, quiet, comfortable. I want you to know me more. But I can't speak to you. My sister doesn't believe you will love me? Just talk to thank you, still have us to get to know each other better, and be happy.
