Recently, we have found many shipments delayed from the schedule we committed with the customer without noticing the customer of the reason for delay.
If no vessel is available and we inform the customer, it is reasonable. However, it seems that Logistic does not follow up closely with Shipping to make sure that we can ship as customers' requests. Personally, I think it is Logistic's task to do so , not only just wait for customers and Marketing to chase. Not only Weruva, but also other customers found similar problems.
Please take it seriously to assure that we can help to solve the problem for the customers. And it would be great if you could explain the flow process of Logistic.
