During the Mobilization Period the Contractor shall as Mobilization Services:
1. Recruit, train and mobilize its personnel in accordance with the Mobilization Plan. Before starting Commercial operation, the Contractor staff will be present at site, bearing all the necessary experience according to the positions ready to receive the additional specific training supplied by the equipment manufacturers and to participate under the EPC contractor responsibility in the commissioning tests;
2. Carry out the operability and maintainability review of the Project Facilities and provide as necessary the Owner with justified comments about any significant point identified that could affect the operability and maintainability or operating economy of the as built plant;
3. Establish standing instruction and necessary procedure: emergency plan, operation and maintenance, administration, safety health and environmental procedure, etc. subject to the Owner’s approval;
4. Carry out the review of the strategic and current stock of spare parts provided with the EPC contractors and provide as necessary the Owner with justified requirements for additional strategic spare parts if any;
5. Participate at all stages during plant construction, completion, and particularly start-up, the Facility Performance acceptance testing, Loop testing, Facility Functional testing and overall Facility hand-over program, on behalf of the Owner under responsibility of the EPC contractor;
6. Receive, inventory and store initial consumable, spare parts and plant equipment;
7. Supporting the Owner in review of the plant design produced by the EPC Contractor;
