Managerial problems, whether due to the lack of experience of the entrepreneur or in marking decisions, cannot easily be solved through business plan development. For the most part the entrepreneur must either develop the skills and abilities associated with managing the business or from networks to compensate for the shortfall. Many business schools and managerial agencies provide incubator programs that offer in this regard. The incubator usually provide managerial support services and advice , as well as assess to other entrepreneurs who may be approached for advice and assistance. The B.C Institute of Technology ‘ s highly successful Venture Program has a network of over 200 successful entrepreneurs who have gone through the program and act as a resource for entrepreneurs starting their new venture through the program.
