HR Policy
EGAT values its employees as the most important resources vital for the organization’s sustainable growth and success. Its HR management has emphasized continual development of both EGAT people and HR systems to efficiently drive EGAT’s mission and goal. HR policy has been stated by EGAT Governor to provide articulated policy and guidelines for all units to ensure efficient and consistent HR management and practice organization-wide. EGAT HR Policy is as follows:
1. Promote all individual employees to be decent, honest and thoughtful and behave in a way that earns the trust and respect of all stakeholders.
2. Value the work practice of high ethical standards and transparency, giving due care for environment and having the national and public interest at heart.
3. Value the work culture which encourages employees’ commitment to work achievement, the organization, and work consistency.
4. Promote and develop employees to be competent, professional and visionary in their respective jobs with internationally recognized performance.
5. Manage and ensure fair and appropriate remuneration, job security and safety, opportunities for career growth and development as well as rewarding commensurate with individual employees’ ability and performance.
6. Develop and prepare all employees to capably perform the duties and roles that align with EGAT's mission and vision.
