We will maintain your monthly salary of [amount of current salary] as it is. This is based on an assessment of your performance as the Call Centre Manager.
You have accepted a new position as Human Resource Manager responsible for recruitment, orientation, training and development. We consider that your current salary is appropriate for this role. However, if you perform to an outstanding level during the year, we will consider making an adjustment effective from 1 October 2015. Otherwise the next salary adjustment is at 1 April 2016.
The BSM Group will have a new organization structure for all employees, based on Work Levels 1 – 7. A copy of the new structure is attached to this letter. The Work Level for your position is determined by your technical expertise and also by the level of management responsibility and leadership we expect from you.
