I. INTRODUCTION
This report presents the findings of a study that evaluated
the effectiveness of the Skills Team within the Public Health
Agency Canada. The study views the Skills Team from the
perspective of individual team members, their ability to work
with others, and the prospect that they would be willing to
embark upon a similar arrangement in the future. Prior research
has shown that a virtual team project is only successful if the
objectives are met while providing a positive work
environment for the individuals involved [1] [6] [17]. If both
the team and the individual interests can be satisfied, then the
long-term prospect for successful virtual team arrangement and
quality members can be sustained.
