Job Description:
• Assist team to searching/ screening / shortlisted CVs in recruitment Database.
• Assist Team to search for more recruitment channels i.e. Logo posting in local Oil & Gas websites, etc.
• Assist team to organize special projects as assigned
• Perform candidates assessments and screening:
- Potential applications determination
- Paper test examination arrangement
- Screen CVs and shortlist best candidates for further technical interview
• Maintain a proper CVs database and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Paper test examination arrangement
• Pre-employment check-up to all successful candidates and verifying & ensuring completion of required documents and administrative forms before send to Hiring Team
• Perform others as assigned
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, large international company will be plus.
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Knowledge in E-recruitment and SAP will be an advantage
• Good command of computer skill (MS Office)
• Service mind, energetic and good team player
