gum which is crosslinking with glutaric aldehyde. Coriander oil quantity decreases with
the use of chitosan. This is because the encapsulated material becomes more compact in
the interaction of the carboxylate and ammonium groups of Arabic gum and
respectively chitosan. Also the reticular agent has available more amino groups to
participate in condensation reactions which result in a more rigid and less permeable
microcapsule wall.
