Abstract
In this Paper we are going to discuss the case of confliction of the
organization in which we are working and in this paper we also discuss the whole
scenario that how confliction start and how the people going to managed this
confliction with proper procedure. We join that company when it start its setup in
Multan and observe the whole procedure and rules and regulations that they follow to
start the organization. According to our opinion and analysis the conflict occur due to
the misrepresentation of the Managing Director to the investor; that’s why the
investor feels uncomfortable or regret in investing that particular branch. Managing
Director of the organization shows investor high profitability that he is earning in his
main office but investor didn’t understand that he gain high rate of profitability after
a long period of time. There is a huge understanding problem of both parties at start
and they never discussed it initially. Confliction will not become so higher if they
remove all their securities before signed the agreement. We can also notice that their
perception quality is nil or not so strong to understand each other and also business
problems. They should gives values to each other and respect each other’s decision.
But they starting devalue and disrespect to each other in front of the staff that they
hired.
