Item20&21: -the working condition in the shrimp farm is not continually work for long hour to count as hours and never over 8 hrs/day. Also in the case of lacking worker especially when disease outbreak the worker not allow to moved between ponds because it can cause the infection. The hatchery can’t fixed the work time because the type of work was different but estimated not over 8 hours.

- can’t program or decide the certain schedule for day off or working hours or overtime. Shrimp aquaculture was crop by crop and during crop can’t stop working, need to standby in case of electric cut (have to start the generator) or disease outbreak.
