I have still seen lots of complaints running through all of us, notice from mails response from K.Sommon and K.Phenluck. I understand that CSC has had the consolidated list of complaints (both the ones CSC handle yourself and the ones currently handled by Sasu). I would request for your quick help to share the list of the complaints together the high-level summarize (minimum composed of who complaints, what the complaints are about and what what area (eg. Customer = Retailers or end consumers, problems at … JCI/retailers/who else?, resolution … explain to make the customers understand, or action on what?)).
I believe that you have this info in hand as it’s your core information. Then, we could learn from that as I could not see any summarize of this in any place passing my scanning.
Purpose of this is to see how we should do to improve the area. Mkt, DMs, and me agree to discuss on this on monthly basis, starting 23 Dec morning. This will be one of the integrated discussion on the performance of business which we would like to improve this. K.Mon and K.Ting will be invited to join the discussion too. However, appreciate you could share us the info before if possible.
