factors such as the noise coming from the other classes should be
minimized. In BUSEL or in other institutions where reading plays a great
role in the curriculum, there must be separate reading classes isolated in a
silent part of the building. If it is not possible to have separate classes, the
institution must make sure that the walls surrounding the classroom are
thick enough not to allow for any noise to be heard from the classes next
door since students’ concentration is quite important in a reading lesson.
