Implementing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a major cultural change for any organization. This paper explores the impact of culture in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems based on a literature review. The review categorizes cultural factors affecting ERP implementation and identifies some cultural factors that inhibits from prioritizing their implementation efforts, and resources in order to achieve a successful ERP implementation process.
