According to when have plan increase will effect to some supplier cannot support part , So RMT have to change plan for prevent lien stop . After change plan will be effect to other supplier have part shortage such as part long lead time production and material example part electronic . RMT would like to pull in part with supplier but sometime they cannot support . Therefore need to change plan again or rework from other part.
From all this trouble was that if there were plans to increase production. Not effect to part shortage only but even cause duplication of work, such as change plan and check part several times , including wasting time to rework part.
So we need to create process to identify increasing parts for prevent problem on next time.
