I've noticed that you plan incoming materials were not properly. It has a lot of cost for demurrage and storage charge at port at least THB 20,000 per shipment. Seang Thong Suk ask us to pay advance all the time because it is higher than THB 20,000. Currently, it seems nearly all shipments we need to pay immediately without credit term. Please send me their current contract/ quotation.

Please be aware that we are in the difficult situation to increase the selling price for next year!!!!. To minimize our cost of raw materials in next year as we got the tight target for cost saving, I would like you to be more control clearance cost by set up a target of 2015 at least to reduce cost reduction of storage/demurrage 80% of 2014 and reduce air freight cost 80% of 2014.

Kindly set up a meeting with Seang Thong Suk to discuss more detail for advance payment and how to provide the proper template for payment. It is make a lot of confusion for cost recording and payment now.
