Statistical analysis
Data from the colorimetric analysis of the anthocyanin
films were subjected to analysis of variance (One-way Anova),
followed by Dunnett’s test (P < 0.05). Anthocyanin films in
contact with pork loin at zero time of storage were used as the
control group in Dunnett’s test. All statistical analyses were
carried out using the Statistica software (Statsoft, Tulsa, United
States).
