The printer appears to have a hardware failure, I have worked with local IT to retrieve a diagnostics report from the tunnel and have sent it to SATO (the manufacture).
Michael & Nigel have advised to proceed with a repair quote.
SATO will assess the diag info & advise if repair is possible. If repair is not possible, Thailand will need to purchase a new tunnel (for which I have requested a quote also).
Will update once I hear back from SATO.
