In my opinion leaders means someone who can direct or guide to members of the team can work to achieve the goal. But to be an effective leader must have 3 things. First, must have responsibility to work because it's important if you don't responsibility your team maybe work fail. Second, must have confident to address problem for something that you confront on work. Third, must have perspective good for work and accept listen to the opinion or idea of your members in your group. It also must be honest because if you favoritism that not fair for the other
