My suggestion or advice, as a Mixologist profession its either you use the technique what EBS thought you how to do this or go to International bartenders association site to look or review on technical areas of this drinks. Since Diageo is on a campaign of making a trend on classical drinks you need to further focus on Classical cocktails as this is what the market are looking at next year.
The cycle of Contemporary drinks and culinary mixology are giving ways to the purity of classical and authentic cocktails.
There is also several books that u can find like Paul Henderson and Tony Conigliaro where in most of this drinks are published.
