Wavelengthselection The ultravioletspectra [25] of Bromazepam,Medazepamand Midazolam showedthemaximumabsorptionwavelengthat 239 nmforBromazepam,253nmforMedazepamand220nm for Midazolam.Therefore,240nmwavelengthwasselected after comparingthespectratoachievethehighestsensitivity for thestudiedcompounds [15]. 3.1.2.
