I would like to complain on your lack of instruction on free shipping fee in which Shopee will subsidize for the seller up to THB 40.0. My account name is usedwardrobes with the registered mobile no. of (092) 298-4258 Please find my current issue below;
On 25-26th October 2016, I have enabled the shipping method as Thaipost-Registered Mail and enrolled my shipping detail in the perspective of seller, later on, once I pressed the enabling button, it clearly showed the message that this shipping enabled will apply to all existing products but the recent changes of shipping fee will be applicable for new products that have been posted (Please see image1&2) From this message, I acknowledged that the new free shipping free will be implemented afterwards.
On 27th October 2016, I shipped two parcels in an amount of THB 990 (lookbook bambi Size S and THB 900 Perana Top respectively and enroll the tracking no. in the system in which I perceive that once the client receives the parcel. I, in return, will receive the money as well as a shipping fee.
On 29th October 2016, I have checked the status of parcel and noticed that the subsidies of shipping fee appears to be zero, so that I made a call to shoppe call centre for clarifying of my current issues. However, your colleague informed that I still haven't tick the box to apply the free shipping to all stuffs. In consequence, I, as a seller, need to absorb the shipping fee for these two stuffs without any subsidies from the shopee. From my view, I didn't acknowledged that I need to manually press the button for applying the free shipping to other stuffs again since I believe that all stuff should be automatically updated with the free shipping once you enabled the shipping method due to the popped message on the image 2
Therefore, from my case, can you refund the shipping fee of these two parcels, I also attached the receiptsl that I shipped two stuffs via this email (please see image3). With the professional business operation of Shopee, I strongly believe that your application would be superior than other social media platform and effectively address my issue. Thank you. Please be noted that I just registered this account via shopee within a month. HIghly appreciated your proper instruction on this campaign in the next event.
