(e.g. a candidate with a large family may be motivated to provide for his family by doing well in sales; or a candidate who is single may have more time to dedicate to his sales career). However, with strengths, there may be weaknesses too (e.g. the candidate with a large family may not be able to work on evenings or weekends). Use the data gathered to have a fruitful discovery conversation with every candidate & make your decision from the findings.
