Mean percentages of bacterial fruit blotch (BFB) seedling transmission for
four replicates of seed sample (n = 100) from each lot. Seeds were planted in
transparent, closed, plastic boxes on saturated blotter paper and incubated for
14 days at 28°C and 80% relative humidity. BFB seedling transmission was
determined as the number of seedlings showing typical BFB symptoms
divided by total number of seeds germinated × 100.
