I was worked in the restaurant once. I know that every field has two sides, white and black like a coin. But I don’t think that the chef will not have a responsibility that much. How can he show that he did the bad things in front the camera or someone eyes. Maybe that’s a rush hour so he did that. The customers who wait for the good food will not know that. If I am the owner of some restaurant, I will set the CCTV in every part and peek at all staffs doing their work when I am free. If I catch someone does not follow the rules in the restaurant. I will punish him or her properly.
