Warranty period : Usually is 1 year, but we can extend according to the client's requirement. The extension of warranty has an impact on price ( 2,5% increase in price for every extra year of warranty ).
Warranty terms:
- The warranty on the chiller covers only the parts cost due to problems on the same parts;
- Problems due to improper use are not covered;
- The labor cost for the replacing of the damaged parts is not included;
- The freight costs for shipping the damaged parts are not included;
- Consumable parts are not included in the warranty terms.
Service costs:
- That depend on the warranty period required by the client. (if the warranty period is longer, the service costs are lower, cause eventual damages are covered under warranty) ;
- For an ABS chiller the service per year can have an average impact around 400,000 THB/year;
- Usually we can train the client during the commissioning for all the basic checks and operations;
- On the service formula we are flexible: we can offer full service ( all inclusive ) for a fix period of time, or a call service.
