Dear Starbucks Thailand,
My name is Nattinee and I am your regular customer at Aree branch buying coffee from Starbucks almost everyday for years.
Lately my experience at Starbucks Aree has been difficult. Before, A normally long line is no problem to regular customers. Because I got my coffee quick enough. Recently, the system is getting worse. Before, despite long line, your system were good enough to ensure waiting time for my morning coffee is reasonable for a good cup of coffee.
Today, no more than 5-7 ques before me, my hot grande americano order was missed out after i came back from grabbing some fruits at groceries nearby (meaning i was out for 10 mins). However your staff was very kind and attentive to rebrew my coffee in 2 minutes (so what happen every morning causing a super long line recently, i asked myself)
Comparing to a standalone coffee joint next block, there are 2 people working there and they manage to brew coffees fast enough that waiting time was never more than bearable.
In short, I encourage Starbucks coffee to see what could be done to improve the system there. The issue is not the service. But to an office rat like me and people in the area need is just (1) a good coffee and (2) could come in, and grab and go.
