Sometime delivery status can be delay because of many factors such as customs, climate, long holiday etc. I have checked status of your item already on website THAILAND. ขณะนี้สินค้าของคุณอยู่ที่ศุลกากร ประเทศอิตาลี You do receive item within 2-7 May, 2015
I have guarantee time if buyer not receive item within 45 days (Business day). so if you do not receive item within 15 May, 2015 I will refund you full amount.
