2. Equipment needed to support are the following
• 3 x round chafing dishes + extra table along window as discussed/ACTION: By K Pidech (Stewarding team)
• Stands regular for up & down food presentation /ACTION: By K Pidech (Stewarding team)
• Pancake electrical machine /ACTION: By K Pidech (Stewarding team)+ electric power (same actual location) /ACTION: By Engineering. FYI, later Nadimos to provide the machine
• Tahina warmer fountain machine /ACTION: By Nadimos but Electrical power supply /ACTION: By Engineering
• 2 induction electrical warmer / ACTION: By K Pidech but Electrical power supply /ACTION: By Engineering. FYI, later Nadimos to provide the induction warmers
• Gas oven (small size)/ ACTION: By Nadimos but gas power supply ACTION: By Engineering.
• 1 soup tureen / ACTION: By K Pidech
• Mohamed (Chef Nadimos) will use our chinaware for some dishes, he will borrow on daily basis what is needed. I showed to him already
I asked Chef Nor & Chef Mohamed (From Nadimos) to make sure chefs on duty wear apron & hat when on duty. Also, to use back of the house corridor for bringing in/out food (not the front guest’s entrance restaurant). Food ready by 06 am
