(9) General conditions
9.1 Any changes of this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9.2 If part(s) of the contract is/are incomplete or invalid or does not have legal binding, both parties agree to take out such part(s) from the contract. Such exclusion(s) will not cancel the contract and the remaining part(s) is/are still in effect.
9.3 If an unforeseen event resulting from legal enforcement or protesting or public resistance or labor strike/dispute or changes in law and regulations or official orders prevents the other party from fulfilling the contract, the other party may not hold it against the said party. However, such case shall be informed to the other party immediately and take all possible measure to correct and settle the dispute. If the incident can not be solved and settled over thirty consecutive days, the other party can cancel the contract by providing written notification; the cancellation takes effect on the date which the other party receives notification.
9.4 The service agreement and terms of this contract are under Thai law. The parties agree to be legally bound by an official Thai version contract.
9.5 Any notification between both parties must be written and delivered to the addresses of the parties which appear in the contract and stamped receipt by post office.
The parties must notify a change of address in written to the other party at least seven days in advance.
Two identical service agreements have been made. Both parties have read and understood prior to signing and stamping of company logo (if any) before the witness(es). Each party keeps one copy of the service agreement.
