saturates the triacylglycerols in canola oil, and the major
fatty acids found in these hardstock are: C16:0–7.92%,
C18:0–89.88%, C20:0–1.27%, where C16:0, C18:0, and
C20:0, corresponding to palmitic, stearic, and arachidic
acids, respectively.
